Our customer wanted to install a new Automatic Profile Control (APC) extrusion coating die on one of their lines. Concentric Engineered Solutions specified the equipment for the customer, designed and built the equipment supporting the die (which weighed twice as much as the original die), designed and built equipment to split the die online for cleaning, and project managed the installation. The project also included the upgrade of the gauging control system, a revamped extruder heating control system and SCADA upgrade – all of which was managed by Concentric Engineered Solutions.
